I have a great respect for Chad in his approach to business. He really gets it when it comes to Big Picture, and how our organization can really make an impact with the details of the Big Picture. His influence and ideas of how we can leverage our network of franchisees throughout the Midwest to become more market-dominant have really made an impact. I was looking to buy my first house and although I've lived in Tampa for a year now I still wasn't sure of the best spots to buy a home in the budget I was looking for. Chad knew what I was looking for and was great at providing guidance towards areas I should be looking at and those I should avoid. I travel a lot for work so it was challenging to be able to balance being out of town 95% of the time and finding the right house but Chad was so helpful with the entire process.
